finally found the time to sit down and blog.
since prettyface started, i iterally hv no life.

home to school. school to home.
standing 8.5 hrs everyday (no wait~ minus lunch, toilet breaks... 7hrs at most!!)
i'm like half dead by the time i reach home @ 8pm...
eat, bath, watch tv, sleep
i get too tired to even go online.
sheeeesh~
i soooooo hv no life.

though grace leads a very borinng life but there are still some thing worth mentioning. =)
1) Prettyface
the recent msc sharring session was fun!! i had a blast!! quite a good way to sort of relax after being in that little outlet for a close 8.5 hrs a day.
even mr chan laughed along with us!!
though the ppt preparation was a rush n done up last min, i reckon the team did a good job!!
kudos to nurul, jia hui n syam for being in my mini video demos!! =)
u know, i kinda used to standing for long hrs. i guess it's true, other den learning customer service and product knowledge, the next thing i learn at MSC is how to be a good salesgirl.
housekeeping is the berry impt i tell u, tat's y grace always vacuums the place!!
i'm beginning to get quite good at it too

the EVIL cash register.
i always always always always forget to select the nets mode when a customers pays by nets..
end up with a closing bal with deficient cash and surplus nets...
i was nv good at finances and still AM... every time the finanace pple call, i know iam in deep shit..
but tat's not half tat bad, imean after it all, i can still declare that the transaction was suppose to be nets & not cash
the worst part is at closing when we realise the the cash float has shortages..
damn!!
tat is serious man... topping up with ur own money.

me: actually the customers are my friends ( yeeshiih, michelle,pentium&friends came to visit)
she: even the one at the ear rings and lotion area?
me: yesh
she: okie. take out ur notes file. i want you to rearrange everything inside
me: erm~ but i already rearranged them the last time you asked me to do
she: ooh okie. den wad about hsekeeping? u do already?
me: yub. this morning
she: can u ensure it is DUST FREE? (i was like... WTH? dust free? for goodnesssake, iam in a outlet tat sells cosmestic.. how can it be dust free?)
me: erm... no. but i can do it again.
she: good. do it now, i dun want you to IDLE around.
me: yes ...... i've learnt my lesson
she: good
(hangs up phone)

i tink the reason she called was bcos frm wad she sees
i was ignoring customers n busying chatting with friends... since she didn't know the whole crew inside was really pple i know//
yah.
but niceynicey yeeshihh bought hand lotion just so it wun affect my grades. =)
though with the complains, there were still some good times & stuff!!

2) NDP Preview/Actual/SEG Club
all the ndp events was fantastic!! the fun, the last celebration at the stadium, the preview tix, the goodie bags, the good & bad singaporeans, the free tanning sessions, the fireworks, the ambience, BEING A SINGAPOREAN (& proud of it!!) .
i wanna be a usher again nxt yr!! =)
during the preview, grace decided to be super smart... infact, too smart for her own good.
she was stationed at the west gate (red sector), where only invitation card holders can enter.
she saw a grp of ladies looking rather lost n holding with what she saw with her power eyes not to be invitation cards!!
so being the very helpful, kaypo and smart alec
she approaches the ladies.
she: Hi welcome to NDP, you're at the wrong gate!!
them:(obviously shocked) how u know?
she:(tries to be smart) u're holding blue tixs!!
them: (laughs & takes out yellow tixs frm bag) we tink we're might at the wrg gate too.
grace: laughs (pretends to be okie but actually wanted to dig a hole n hide)
thanks her lucky stars fizah was beside her
fizah noticed the blue tix was actually pamflets and not tixs. tries to help grace
fizah: sorry about the misunderstanding, yes u're at the wrg gate. (points to her left) the gate u need to go is at the south gate.

3) GB DAY
went back to church a day after ndp preview
went in the afternoon hoping to just pass the card back to miss siew ee and also give the girls more chance to get donations.
yahhooo~
very good.
none of the girls came.
ended up the officer and the one in training did the rounds instead
the older i got, the more i realise i dun hv the guts to ask pple
it's all a face prob i guess
but the members are really nice~~
we were there for less den 1/2hr and i managed to complete my card!!
a whopping collection of $160!!
and to tink tat for the prv last weeks, i even had trouble asking for $2....
hmmm~
i'm really lucky =)
but when will i be ready to take tat step of faith?
i really really tried and somehow,,, i really dunno wad i want
i tink i need guidance.

3) kor's 21st bday bash!!
the loser hits 21!!

4) shooppping!!
i finally got my 2 kinki kids single cds!!
super duper happy!!
nxt trip will be equally superb with my crazzzzzy darrlings!! yay!!
5) street parade
bobo wanted to bring jovin to watch a street parade.
i was reallllly lazy to go but since it's like just downstaris, i tagged along.
the place was filled with Blss students den it struck me tat they were the organisers
since we've nv been to any parade, this is the closest we can get to one.
there were benches so i called mummy to bring popo down.
we convienently sat there not knowing tat it was reserved for tix holders only
after realising, i was so afraid tat the npcc will chase us away....
but wahahahah~ they nv realised la
the best thing? we had all the good view
=P
bacially, the whole parade was to showcase the sch's cca talents.
kinda cool with tat. good exposure lei!!

the last we had was a carnival
have something more exciting la!!
it'll certainly booost the school!!
back at sec 1-3 where pioneer was at it's peak, pioneer day celebrations or any celebration was super grand la!!
night concerts, drama productions, great dance grps, cool UGs w fancy drill performances, ultimate performances w the band as the best~
partially gone by now....

anyways, my fav part of the parade was the band.
this little boy is just so cute!! aunty grace soooo wanna pinch his cheeks
nothing beats seeing the little one so happy & also spending quality time with my love ones. =)
